Electrochemical and Structural Behavior of Bi Doped ZnO Materials Obtained with Solvothermal Synthesis Method

In this study, Bi-doped ZnO and undoped nanomaterials have been synthesized by the solvothermal reaction method. The effect of Bi doping on structural electrochemical properties has investigated X-ray diffractions (XRD), photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and, scanning electron microscopy (SEM). As seen from diffraction spectra performed bulk material, it clearly observed that both changed preferred orientation nanopowder as (101) Bi+3 ions were expectedly entered lattice. Furthermore, result supported spectra. Scanning images shown shapes distributions nanostructures samples. a result, is thought suitable for obtaining p-type conductivity in materials experimental processes we applied to samples study.
